Are all assistants bilingual?

At least! All of our assistants are 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, but we also have trilingual assistants. Let us know if you need your assistant to speak an additional language (German, French, and Portuguese offered).

Will I work with the same person ever day?

Yes! We believe in creating long term relationships with our clients. Your assistant will always be the same, and he/she will learn how you like to get you work done and adapt to your style. When your assistant is on vacation or has a sick day, there will always be a backup to pick up right where your assistant left off.

Will my assistant use my company’s email or his/her eBroker Assistant email?

It’s up to you. You can create and email for your assistant with your company’s credentials or he/she can use his/her e-Broker Assistants email. We can customize your assistant’s signature in any way you need.

What are some of the benefits I can expect from hiring an assistant?

Having a Virtual Assistant is like having an assistant right next to you, but without all the costs such as office space, vacation pay, benefits, office equipment, etc. Your expected savings can by as much as 90% compared to having an in-house assistant.

What’s the best way to reach my assistant?

You can reach your assistant thru your preferred communication method. We have clients communicating via email, phone, skype, or smartphone chat apps.

Do you track hours?

No, instead of tracking hours, we track progress. From our experience, tracking hours deviates attention from what really matters: quality. For our shared plan, your assistant will dedicate 2-4 hours per that for your tasks. We only track hours for the 25 hour plan.

Are there any additional costs in hiring your virtual assistants?

No. Your monthly fee includes you assistant´s services, phone number with unlimited U.S. minutes, supervisor, backup, etc. Current clients have incurred in additional expenses such as: adding an additional computer monitor, having extra U.S. phone numbers, giving additional (optional) bonuses for their assistants, and extending our regular work schedules.

Additionally, we offer English/Spanish speaking assistants, but it you need a third language, additional fees may apply.

Do I have to sign long term contracts?

No! Each month is pre-paid and the services can be cancelled at any time. We look for you to work with us because of our quality and not because of long term, binding contracts.

Do you have Non-disclosure Agreements?

Yes! You will receive an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) assuring you that your information will be treated professionally and will not be shared with anyone outside the firm under any circumstances. Employees sign NDA’s as well.

Can you assist me with both my Commercial and Residential needs?

Absolutely! Your assistant will be trained to excel in both your Commercial and Residential tasks. Additionally, you are free to give any additional training required to meet your needs.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Our regular business hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, but can extend schedules on case by case basis. Additional fees will apply.

How is my assistant assigned to me?

Before hiring, you get to interview 2-3 candidates given to you. These candidates are handpicked from a pool of trustworthy individuals, who are already trained to be your right hand. After interviewing, you pick your favorite candidate. In case you don’t think any of the candidates is a good fit, we’ll arrange for you to interview additional candidates.

Do I have to give my assistant a basic real estate training?

No! You assistant will receive a specific training design by successful brokers for both residential real estate and commercial real estate. You are free to give any additional trainings, but you won’t have to take care of the basics.
